Chapter 137, the return
After the Shibuya Incident, Yuta comes back from overseas as Yuji's assigned executioner (ComicBook). Yuta's return, and the Culling Game it leads into, is in what the Culling Game is.
The two spend that arc apart. Yuta fights in the Sendai colony (Wikipedia, Yuta Okkotsu), which is covered in who plays the Culling Game, while Maki is at the Zen'in compound and then the Sakurajima colony (Wikipedia, Maki Zen'in). No shared scene between them in the arc is on record.
Does Maki survive the end of Jujutsu Kaisen?

Kaisen Modulo is a short follow-up written by Gege Akutami and drawn by Yuji Iwasaki. It ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from September 8, 2025 to March 9, 2026 and was collected in three volumes. The story is set in 2086, 68 years after the Culling Game, when an alien species called the Simurians arrives looking for refuge (Wikipedia, Modulo).

Did Yuta marry Maki?
Yes. In Kaisen Modulo, "Maki marries Yuta, and together they have a son named Iori Okkotsu" (Wikipedia, Maki Zen'in). Their grandchildren, the siblings Tsurugi and Yuka Okkotsu, are two of Modulo's leads in 2086 (Wikipedia, Modulo).
That fact comes from a spin-off set decades ahead, and it is the only place the canon states it. The canon gives no reason for the marriage, and I won't invent one here. My reading, and only mine: Akutami answered the question in a future spin-off rather than inside the main story, which keeps the main series about two students who fought in the same war and leaves the rest to their grandchildren's story.
